Yay Bread!

Kneading has that fun-and-novel feeling again!
Lets see how long that lasts.
I used the recipe I found on Girlichef's website. I loved the fact that it gave me an excuse to buy my favorite beer. :) For convenience, I substituted bread flour in place of the all-purpose flour, the gluten, and the wheat germ. It was easy enough to grind the oats using a regular blender.
